Any employee records a found item in seconds.
When an employee identifies a lost item, they log it within minutes using a mobile device. The information is immediately stored locally and automatically synced with the main lost property system at head office, initiating a comprehensive audit trail.
If a customer on the platform or train reports a lost item, the employee can return it directly, with all relevant details recorded in the system.

When the employee goes to the lost property office, they simply hand the item in. With a simple “Click” the item is automatically transferred to the Lost Property Office.

Report
A link to the Lost Property form is available on the train operator’s website.
Customers simply enter some basic information, and an intelligent algorithm searches for potential matches – whether the item is still on the train or has been transferred to the Lost Property office. This process takes just a few minutes. If no match is found immediately, the system automatically notifies the customer and continues to search on their behalf.
